CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a 50% charge of the service total No call no shows result in a 100% charge of the service total There is a 15 minute grace period. If you’re going to be late please try to inform me as this will affect the amount of time now available for your appointment, and we may not have time for your original Tier selection. If you are 15+ minutes late, and have not informed me, it will be assumed you are not coming and your appointment will be canceled. Please be sure to acknowledge that the base price only includes solid color. If you’d like to add art, you must add that service to account for time needed.
